At Listo, we partner with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead who will ensure our clients get incredible value from day one, building long‑term relationships and driving growth.

What You’ll Do

Own client onboarding and make it seamless from day one

Build strong, proactive relationships with operations teams at major venues

Monitor account health and act before problems arise

Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to closure

Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team

Create playbooks and documentation that scale success

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies

Skilled at using AI tools to stay organized, automate follow‑ups, and gain insights from data

Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before clients ask

Strong communicator, comfortable with both stadium ops managers and C‑suite executives

Excellent English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management

Familiarity with CS platforms like Intercom or similar tools

Track record of driving expansion revenue
