WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must be located in MST or PST

Able to work 2-6pm PST Mon-Fri

Familiarity with solar design and installation preferred, roofing and construction considered

Ability to communicate effectively with clients

Participate in day to day Customer Success support initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Day to day support on software chat and email

Conduct daily reviews of the design queue, ensuring a smooth process

Troubleshoot issues while maintaining client communication and collaboration with colleagues
