Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly respond to customer concerns on written tickets

  Proficiency in Google Calendar and email. 

  Excellent reporting & response on every email and slack.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English reading and writing 

  Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  Ability to track and improve metrics.

  Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  Touch typing 45 WPM and above

  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills

  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  Bachelors degree

  Minimum 6 months CS experience

  Preference for applicants based in central and SE Asia
