Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Customer Support & Onboarding - Trainee. This role involves working closely with vendors and customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, drive adoption of our product, and provide ongoing operational and technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a willingness to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Support:

  • Guide vendors and customers through product onboarding via phone calls and email.

    Drive product adoption by proactively following up with users and resolving any onboarding-related concerns.

    Respond promptly and professionally to user queries over phone or email.

    Monitor user activity and ensure system engagement and account health.


Operations & Issue Resolution:


  • Support daily operational tasks and ensure product issues are resolved within defined SLAs.

    Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops) to resolve escalated issues end-to-end.

    Keep detailed records of user interactions and issues in internal systems.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree (any discipline).

    6–24 months of experience in customer support, operations, or training roles.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).

    Confident phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

    Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
