About the Role
We are hiring an entry-level Customer Support Representative to assist UK-based clients with customer queries and support requests. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for South African candidates — no experience required, as all training is provided. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone for UK clients

Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems

Provide product and service information to customers

Meet response time and quality targets set by the team

Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Basic computer literacy

No prior experience required — full training provided
