Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and international team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting users in a fast-paced, digital environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with platform-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Provide timely and professional support to customers via live chat, email, and phone

Assist users with account-related queries, platform navigation, and general usage

Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues in a clear and efficient manner

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when required

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and response quality

Able to work night-shift, if needed

Requirements:
Native Vietnamese and good command of English

Previous experience in customer support or customer service (preferably in online platforms, fintech, or similar industries)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Comfortable using customer support tools and digital platforms
