THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Community Specialist to join our team and serve as the voice of our brand across social media platforms. This role combines traditional customer support with social media and community management, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This is a full-time role that operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Tool Support

Help set up and monitor AI tools for social media replies

Report bugs or performance issues

Make sure AI responses follow brand tone and rules

Customer Support (Social Media)

Reply to comments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

Handle customer questions and concerns politely and on time

Monitor influencer and ad post comments

Review & Reputation Management

Respond to customer reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, Facebook

Flag common issues and share feedback internally

Encourage satisfied users to leave reviews

Community Engagement

Monitor and engage in Facebook groups

Create simple graphics in Canva for posts

Post updates, reply to questions, and build positive community vibes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in customer support or community management

Excellent written English

Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Proactive and friendly communication style

Basic Canva skills to design simple posts

Bonus: experience with review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, Loox)

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€500 - €800 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
