Customer Support Specialist

We at Coforge have an urgent need for a Retention Specialist for a long term assignment in Augusta, GA. Start date is May 5th. This is an ONSITE role. Pay rate here is $15/hr on W2 + benefits + retention bonus. The shift will be from 9.30am to 6 pm EST Monday to Friday. Job description:
• Promoting and/saving products and services
• Providing excellent customer experience via phone
• Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.
• Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently
• Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.
• Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.
• Active listening skills
• Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time
