**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing data for integrity and accuracy, prior to hand-off for any system inputs, to ensure seamless operations and minimize errors.
* Serving as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities, allocations, and special event data, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Providing courteous and prompt support to customers, resolving their questions and problems, or referring them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
* Executing the administration of customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and general item maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintaining customer-specific national and regional custom discount files within blithequark and customer-based systems, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Coordinating with internal departments on promotion and new item processes for assigned accounts, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
* Reviewing and coordinating with Account Managers on new store opening accounts within blithequark business systems, to ensure proper attributes and price structure are activated on each account.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* An Associate degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of its applications and features.
* SharePoint and ASAP skills are preferred, but not required.
* Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
