Lockheed Martin is a leader in innovation and integrity, and they are seeking an entry level Cyber Systems Security Engineer to support multiple programs in the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors Line of Business. The role involves evaluating infrastructure design in cybersecurity and supporting certification and vulnerability analysis of systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the evaluation of infrastructure design in the are of cybersecurity
  • Supporting certification and vulnerability analysis of systems

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related STEM degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk analysis and information assurance
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and networks
  • Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, PowerShell)
  • Experience performing vulnerability analysis
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Tools (e.g. Splunk, Tenable, Trellix)
  • 8570 IAT II Certification (Security+)
