HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY 

Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure a positive guest experience and consistent food quality.

Prepare, cook, and execute recipes accurately across all kitchens.

Create new, innovative, and imaginative dishes as needed.

React quickly and resolve issues in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Provide support, foster teamwork, and conduct business professionally at all times.

Regularly inspect all food stations to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards.

Supervise kitchen employees during shifts when the Sous Chef is not present to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in covering vacancies within line‑level culinary positions as needed.

Responsibilities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and twist for extended periods

Ability to work with hot equipment, sharp tools, and kitchen chemicals safely

Ability to work in a smoking environment

Must be able to work in high‑heat areas for extended periods

Assist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, prep lists, and par levels

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must be 21 years of age or older

Proficient in English, verbal and written

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment

Strong culinary knowledge and ability to execute recipes accurately

Flexible to work various shifts, outlets, weekends, and holidays

Prior culinary experience required; leadership experience preferred
