What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across. In this crucial role, you'll manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and optimize data handling processes across Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR departments
Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making
Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams
Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools
Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis
Requirements
2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
Proficiency in SQL querying
Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
