Producing ad-hoc data extracts, briefings, and analyses for CMS leadership in support of Congressional inquiries, audits, briefings, and policy decisions, often on short turnaround
Supporting Section 508 compliance for all dashboards, reports, and visualizations including color-contrast, alternative text, and assistive-technology compatibility

Participating in agile ceremonies, contributing user stories and acceptance criteria for analytics and reporting features, and demonstrating completed work to CMS Product Owners
Maintaining clear, current documentation of dashboards, KPIs, and methodologies to enable hand-off and continuity in line with CMS transition requirements
