Job Description

· We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Measurement & Experimentation team. The team is dedicated to improving how we measure and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce experiments globally. This role is central to ensuring that the client scales only the most effective initiatives by providing clear, evidence-based insights into what drives real growth.

· As part of the team, you will help quantify the impact of marketing and e-commerce activities, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

· You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to standardize measurement frameworks, build automated reporting solutions, and deliver insights that shape digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at different levels within the organization;

Analyze experiments conducted by internal digital specialists, deriving actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies;

Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and set up A/B tests across multiple digital platforms;

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives and hypotheses for experimentation, aligning with overall marketing goals;

Collaborate in developing and maintaining robust experimentation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience within the field;

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science);

Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis, with a strong understanding of impact measurement;

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics;

Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI ) for building dashboards and reporting solutions.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations;

Interest and ability to leverage AI-driven techniques (such as predictive modelling or automated insight generation) to improve the accuracy and scalability of experimentation and impact measurement.
