Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and collect reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, departments, and clients.
  • Scan through information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it for accurate capturing.
  • Create accurate spreadsheets and enter/update information into relevant databases.
  • Ensure data is backed up and inform relevant parties about errors encountered.
  • Store hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills.
