- Inputting data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness before input.
- Maintaining and updating existing databases to ensure information is current and valid.
- Generating reports and summaries of data as requested by management or other departments.
- Responding to data inquiries and providing assistance to team members as needed.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors as they arise to maintain high-quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with data management software and database systems is desirable.
