Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk/Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal data systems. This role is suited for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling high-volume data input with consistency and discretion. Whether you prefer working early mornings or overnight hours, we have flexible shifts to match your availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred but not required)

  Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support (preferred but not required)

  Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy

  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite

  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace

  Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in various internal databases and systems

  Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information

  Perform data cleanup, correction, and standardization tasks

  Maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy

  Assist in report generation and documentation projects as needed

  Handle both day and night shift workloads, depending on schedule
