Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Maintenance: Input and continuously update candidate and client profiles, job postings, and related documentation into the arenaflex database with speed and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous checks to verify data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Document Organization: Prepare, categorize, and archive source documents (resumes, contracts, interview notes) to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with recruiters, HR coordinators, and senior managers to provide timely data support for hiring campaigns, reporting needs, and strategic initiatives.
- Data Audits & Clean‑ups: Conduct regular audits of the database, cleanse duplicate or outdated records, and implement best‑practice data governance procedures.
- Reporting & Extraction: Generate customized reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Excel, Google Sheets, or arenaflex’s internal reporting tools to aid decision‑making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Respond promptly to internal queries regarding data status, provide clarifications, and assist in troubleshooting data‑related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and help implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimizations to increase overall data handling efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a data entry, data management, or similar administrative role, preferably within a recruitment or HR environment.
