**What You'll Do**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Supporting Recruiting Area**: Assist the Recruiting team in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
* **Proposing New Alternatives**: Suggest new ways to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
* **Managing Job Portals**: Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
* **Analyzing Professional Profiles**: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Proactivity and Teamwork**: Be proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
* **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a marked attention to detail in your daily work.
* **Previous Work Experience**: 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus).
* **Advanced English Level**: Possess an advanced level of English proficiency.
