As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will be a vital component of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data accuracy and completeness for product listings on the Amazon platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing accurate and informative product details. This is an excellent entry-level position – no prior experience in e-commerce or data entry is required.

What You'll Do:

• Precision Data Entry: Accurately input and update product information, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, key features, and specifications, into our proprietary Amazon data management system.
• Data Validation & Enrichment: Verify the accuracy of existing product data, identify inconsistencies, and enrich listings with missing or incomplete information. This includes researching product details from various sources to ensure comprehensive listings.
• Amazon Policy Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon's product listing guidelines and policies, ensuring all data entries adhere to these standards. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any potential compliance issues.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to identify and rectify errors, ensuring a consistently high standard of data integrity.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members and other stakeholders to maintain a streamlined data entry workflow and proactively communicate any challenges or issues.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our data entry processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
