Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to join our team at Workwarp! As a Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through the production of quality products, driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning (40%):
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform enterprise product development.
- Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy and priorities.
- Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value and make recommendations for product backlog refinements.
- Conduct end-user research to inform product development.
- Delivery & Execution (30%):
- Ensure product alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
- Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met.
- Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing.
- Create, prioritize, and accept user stories.
- People (30%):
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Advocate for end-users and stakeholders by understanding their needs.
- Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate product strategy and priorities effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
What We Offer:
