To support our growing data and analytics capabilities, we are hiring a Data Quality Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data across business and technology functions and will be based remotely in India.

How are you creating an impact? As a Data Quality Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on improving data quality across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, engineering teams, and analytics teams to identify data issues, drive remediation efforts, establish governance processes, and ensure data can be trusted for business decisions.

Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall data governance maturity. What will you be doing? Lead enterprise data quality initiatives across key business and data domains
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify data quality challenges and define remediation strategies
Analyze data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
Define, document, and maintain data quality standards, KPIs, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks
Build, maintain, and optimize data quality rules, profiling activities, and automated validation processes
Leverage Informatica, IICS and CDQ to develop and manage enterprise data quality controls and monitoring solutions
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly data quality results to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks
Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into data quality performance and remediation efforts
Support data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data cleanup activities across enterprise systems
Manage and prioritize data quality remediation activities and coordinate with developers, analysts, and business teams
Collaborate with Data Governance, Master Data Management, Analytics, and Engineering teams to strengthen enterprise data controls
Present data quality findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and governance forums
Ensure data quality requirements are incorporated into new projects, system implementations, and data initiatives
We are looking for someone having:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines
Strong understanding of data quality principles including completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, and timeliness
Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
Experience developing and managing data quality rules, scorecards, profiling activities, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes
Strong SQL skills and experience performing data analysis and root cause investigations
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with data governance and data catalog platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Experience managing developer or analyst backlogs and coordinating priorities
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
Experience working within large enterprise data environments
