Data Services Generalist
The Data Services Generalist supports customer data needs across the full lifecycle at Branching Minds, a K12 education technology company. This flexible role bridges new customer implementations and ongoing data services, ensuring seamless data experiences that maximize platform utilization.
Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through data onboarding, integration, and platform configuration while monitoring and troubleshooting data issues during implementation. Provide ongoing customer support via multiple channels, validate incoming data files, and maintain accurate customer data profiles while serving as a liaison between district partners and internal teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical proficiency in data integration, API connectivity, and troubleshooting paired with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions, manage multiple implementations simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Qualifications: Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in data services, customer success, or technical implementation roles, ideally within SaaS or education technology. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields; familiarity with data systems, rostering platforms, and customer onboarding processes preferred.
