Delivery Lead – Infrastructure & Digital Workplace

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive execution and ensure high-quality delivery within infrastructure and digital workplace domains.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for coordinating technical deliveries, managing dependencies, and ensuring progress across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and workstreams.
You will act as the key link between business, technology teams, and external partners—ensuring everything moves forward according to plan, with the right quality and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and follow up on deliveries across infrastructure and digital workplace workstreams

Ensure alignment with project management, leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts

Coordinate external vendors and partners, including delivery, installation, and commissioning

Identify and manage dependencies across project workstreams

Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are executed

Provide clear and structured status reporting (progress, risks, dependencies, deviations)

Ensure infrastructure requirements (network, cabling, power, cooling, workplace equipment) are aligned and implemented

Collaborate closely with construction and implementation teams to translate technical requirements into execution

Support decision-making through recommendations and input to decision materials

Collaboration & Reporting
You will work closely with project leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The role includes regular reporting and escalation of risks and issues in line with project governance.
