Our AI Platform Engineers, known internally as Masons, are the builders behind these solutions. As our customer base expands, we’re rapidly scaling the Mason team from 5 to 30+ over the next six months—and we’re looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to help drive that growth.

The Role

As Delivery Operations Manager, you will work directly with the Head of Delivery to ensure Supernal’s AI Delivery function runs like clockwork. You’ll manage the hiring and performance management of the Mason team, oversee agent staffing and deployment for clients, and own the systems that ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all customer engagements.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our trains running on time—and building better tracks as we grow. You are a system builder, project manager, and people wrangler rolled into one. You have a sharp operational mind and can create structure from chaos. You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments and can execute autonomously while aligning to a larger vision.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations for Supernal’s AI Delivery function

Manage and grow the Mason team (AI Platform Engineers) from ~5 to ~30 over 6 months

Implement scalable systems and processes for task assignment, performance tracking, and delivery QA

Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are met

Act as the delivery interface for key accounts, ensuring high-quality, on-time deployment of AI Employees

Define, track, and report on delivery metrics (e.g., build velocity, deployment quality, customer satisfaction)

Build and manage internal documentation, SOPs, and onboarding flows for Masons

Identify bottlenecks and build systems that solve them proactively

Take full ownership of ensuring our AI Employees are deployed fast, reliably, and at scale

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Have 4+ years of experience in delivery ops, technical program management, or a high-growth agency/services environment

Have built and managed technical teams (10+) (engineering, automation, or systems integration)

Are fluent in building operational systems, playbooks, and dashboards from scratch

Thrive in ambiguity and know how to build process where none exists

Are an elite project manager who thrives on timelines, dependencies, and accountability

Understand how to motivate, manage and grow a team of technical builders

Are familiar with agentic architectures, N8n, or low-code/automation platforms (a plus, not required)

Are low-ego, high-output, and deeply reliable

Our Mason team scales 6x while maintaining high delivery quality and high team NPS

Every customer receives agent deployments on-time and with clear communication

Internal delivery systems are documented, automated, and transparent

The Head of Delivery sleeps better at night
