Delivery Operations Manager (Draft)
Role Summary
The Delivery Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor role accountable for end-to-end delivery leadership coordination across global, cross-functional teams to deliver and scale complex products that combine software, hardware, and operational enablement. The role establishes the delivery framework (governance, integrated plans, dependencies, risks, and decision cadence), aligns senior stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs, and drives execution predictability from development through rollout and operational readiness. This position is expected to be highly impactful over the next 18 months, with scope likely evolving into a steady-state portfolio and operational governance cadence thereafter.
Location & Language Requirements:
This Jobholder can be based in Italy, Spain or Hungary, applicants must be fluent in English and Local Language, reside within reasonable proximity to an international transport hub, and demonstrate the technical skills and experience required to effectively fulfil the role. Occasional travel may be required
Key Objectives (First 18 Months)
Establish strong cross-business alignment on priorities, sequencing, and dependencies for complex product delivery and rollout.
Create a reliable operating rhythm that supports decision-making, escalation, and issue resolution across global stakeholders.
Improve predictability and transparency across delivery milestones, readiness gates, and adoption activities.
Build stakeholder confidence through clear communication, structured governance, and proactive risk management.
