Delivery Platform Account Manager (Full-time /Flexible)

We are GL Restaurant Entertainment I LLC, a fast-growing Chinese restaurant brand with multiple locations across the U.S. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced individual to help us set up and manage our accounts on food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and optimize restaurant profiles on major delivery platforms
• Upload and maintain accurate menus, pricing, and photos
• Coordinate with our team for updates, promotions, and limited-time offers
• Monitor reviews, handle account issues, and maintain high platform ratings
• Communicate with delivery platform support as needed

Requirements:
• Prior experience managing food delivery accounts preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at communication
• Able to work independently and manage multiple platforms
• Chinese language skills a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Negotiable, based on experience and availability
