Key Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to coordinate travel plans and destination experiences
Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation options using approved company resources
Compare travel opportunities and assist clients in identifying options that fit their preferences and travel goals
Review reservation details and travel documents for completeness and accuracy
Provide timely assistance regarding travel questions, requests, and booking-related matters
Support clients with itinerary modifications, reservation updates, and trip adjustments
Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation
Participate in virtual learning opportunities and team development sessions
