Position Overview

We are currently expanding our travel support team and inviting applications for the role of Destination Planning Specialist. In this position, you will work with clients to explore vacation ideas, organize travel arrangements, and help shape personalized itineraries that may include resort stays, cruise vacations, guided tours, and international experiences.

This flexible remote opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with travelers, and helping turn trip ideas into well-organized plans. Training resources and ongoing guidance are provided to help you build confidence and succeed in the role even if you are new to the travel industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and activities

Share destination suggestions based on traveler preferences and planning goals

Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate

Coordinate reservation confirmations with established supplier partners

Maintain accurate itinerary information within internal planning systems

Stay informed about travel updates, destination highlights, and promotional opportunities

Support travelers throughout multiple phases of the planning timeline

Help ensure a smooth and organized preparation experience leading up to departure

Candidate Qualifications

Interest in destination research and vacation coordination support

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning requests

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with general computer tools and online systems

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico or another approved hiring region
