About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams. In this role, you will make an impact each day by building scalable, reliable infrastructure as well as supporting our current infrastructure. You will create amazing code, solve interesting puzzles, and work with a driven team that does all but the impossible. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role providing a world class customer experience by ensuring system and application uptime through continuous deployment, delivery, and optimization. You'll be successful in this role if you are passionate about coding, love taking on challenges, and want to contribute to the expansion of a high growth startup.

How you’ll make an impact

5+ years experience with Terraform

5+ years experience in AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, Autoscaling, Security Groups, AWS CLI, Cloud watch)

5+ years working on Linux servers

Proven experience leading team projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring other engineers

Python 3.7+ experience

Bash experience

Experience with infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes

Experience with observability platforms such as DataDog

Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills

Open to on-call rotation

Highly motivated and security minded

Additional Skills - Nice To Have:

Strong software engineering background

MySQL experience

PHP experience

Experience with security frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001

$150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience
