About the Role

Our DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of iCliGo’s systems and services.
This professional plays a key role in building and maintaining our infrastructure, automating processes, and enabling fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.
With a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for cloud technologies and observability, the DevOps/SRE will help keep our platforms robust and performant while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar);

    Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and system management tasks;

    Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of services and applications;

    Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate CI/CD practices and improve operational efficiency;

    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and proactively prevent outages;

    Maintain configuration management and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar;

    Develop and enforce best practices for observability, logging, alerting, and incident response;

    Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

    4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration roles;

    Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

    Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.);

    Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration;

    Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation);

    Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.);

    Proactive problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork;

    Fluent in English.
