Job Overview The Digital Health President is a core member of the company's top management team, responsible for the overall strategic planning, business growth, and operational management of the company's digital health business. They drive the commercialization and scaling of the company's digital health business by integrating healthcare services with digital technologies (such as AI, big data, and telemedicine).

III. Key Responsibilities

Strategic

Planning and Business Development

Formulate overall development strategy and long-term growth plan for digital healthcare

Explore new business models (telemedicine, digital therapies, health management platforms, etc.)

Promote strategic partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and medical institutions

Identify industry trends and identify cutting-edge technologies and market opportunities
• Product and Technology Leadership

Lead the planning and implementation of digital healthcare products (such as health apps, remote diagnosis systems, AI diagnostic tools)

Promote the application of artificial intelligence and big data in medical scenarios

Collaborate with the technology team to ensure product innovation and compliance

Operations

Management

Responsible for P&L (profit and loss) management of digital healthcare business

Optimize operational processes to improve service efficiency and user experience

Establish a data-driven operational system
• Marketing and Commercialization

Formulate market entry strategy (GTM) and brand promotion plan

Drive B2B (hospitals/enterprises) and B2C (patients/users) business growth

Expand revenue streams (subscriptions, service fees, platform revenue sharing, etc.)
• Compliance and Risk Control

Ensure business compliance with US healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA)

Manage data privacy and information security

Work closely with legal and compliance teams
• Team Building and Leadership

Build and lead cross-functional teams (product, technology, healthcare, operations, marketing)

Establish a high-performing organizational culture

Attract and develop top industry talent

IV. Job Requirements

Education Background

Bachelor's degree or above in healthcare management, public health, business administration, computer science, or related fields

MBA or related advanced degree preferred

Work Experience

20+ years of experience in the healthcare or digital healthcare industry

5+ years of senior management experience (VP/SVP/President level)

Experience in digital health platforms, medical AI, or telemedicine is preferred

Core Competencies

Deep understanding of the digital healthcare ecosystem (healthcare institutions, payers, patients)

Strong strategic thinking and commercialization capabilities

Familiarity with healthcare data, AI technology, and productization pathways

Excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills
