We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real experience across the full ecommerce stack—from digital paid advertising and listing strategy to day-to-day operations, product data, and customer support. You'll have meaningful ownership across multiple channels from day one, with room to grow. 

Pay: $21.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Remote
Travel: Approximately 10% 

Requirements
Core Responsibilities: 
Assist in building and managing Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display 
Support the development and execution of paid advertising strategy on Amazon with a focus on ACoS, ROAS, and revenue growth 
Pull and analyze weekly performance data for assigned SKUs (sales, sessions, conversion rate) and share findings with the ecommerce lead 
Assist in developing and refining product listings, A+ content, and brand store assets on Amazon 
Support broader DTC digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, promotions, and product launches 
Assist with loading copy and images to Amazon and DTC storefronts; QA live pages for accuracy and compliance 
Monitor listing health (suppressed listings, Buy Box status, content errors) and resolve issues with Amazon support and internal teams 
Maintain accurate product metadata including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, UPCs, and GTINs 
Manage product feed updates and GDSN entries; validate distributor and digital catalog data for accuracy 
Coordinate with Creative and QA teams to ensure on-platform assets match approved images and copy 
Monitor Seller Central daily including orders, messages, shipments, stranded inventory, and returns 
Track inventory levels across Amazon and Shopify; flag reorder needs and support restocking coordination with the fulfillment team 
Coordinate with the fulfillment team on routing and inbound prep 
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, Amazon messages, and chat with a professional, solutions-focused approach 
Handle order management on Shopify and Amazon Seller Central including refunds, replacements, and escalations 
Respond to Amazon A-to-Z claims and customer messages in accordance with platform guidelines 
Build and maintain a customer FAQ and standardized response library for consistent, efficient support 
Surface recurring customer issues and product feedback to inform operational and marketing decisions

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central including order management, customer messaging, and Amazon policy familiarity 
Working knowledge of Shopify for order management and customer account resolution 
Analytical mindset with the ability to pull reports, interpret performance data, and make iterative recommendations 
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic tone for customer interactions 
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following and building SOPs 
Self-directed; able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets: VLOOKUP, filters, pivot basics) 
Proactive problem solver who asks the right questions and escalates when necessary 

 Required Qualifications: 
Class work or internship experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related role 
Strong written communication skills and a professional tone for customer-facing interactions 

Preferred Qualification:
Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns; familiarity with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or DSP 
Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or comparable Amazon analytics platforms 
Previous work in CPG, nutrition, or regulated consumer products 
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid digital channels 
Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising (PPC) in a professional context
