About #Cinema
We’re a fast-growing content production company creating high-end video + photo content for brands.
We require that you speak Serbian and English! Our Team is based in Serbia. You will not need to be based there, but communication is a must.
We already have:
• A full editing team
• Tons of content (past + current)
• Clients across real estate + business
Now we need someone to turn all of that into a marketing machine.
Our goal?
Become the #1 content + marketing brand in our space
⚡ The Role (aka: you run the show)
We’re looking for someone who speaks Serbian + English and knows how to turn content into:
• attention
• followers
• leads
• actual business
This is NOT just posting.
This is:
building a brand
running ads
managing leads
making things grow
You’ll start by getting #Cinema’s own social media dialed in, then help us scale client accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Run our socials across:
• TikTok
• X
• Bluesky
• YouTube
Use Metricool to:
• Schedule content
• Stay organized
• Track performance
• Turn our content into:
• Reels / Shorts
• Promo clips
• Fun edits
• Campaign ideas
• Work directly with our editing team to:
• Come up with new ideas
• Repurpose old content
• Make things that actually perform
• Run ads (Meta + others)
• Build simple funnels + lead systems
• Manage email marketing (newsletters, follow-ups, etc.)
• Track what’s working and double down on it
What Success Looks Like
• Our pages feel alive, fun, and premium
• We’re posting consistently across platforms
• Content actually performs (not just sits there)
• Ads bring in leads
• Leads actually get followed up with
• People start saying:
“I need this for my business”
You’re Probably a Fit If…
• You actually enjoy social media (not just tolerate it)
• You understand what makes content go viral OR convert
• You’ve run ads before (Meta especially)
• You’ve done email marketing / lead nurturing
• You like working with creative teams
• You’re organized but still creative
• You’re proactive and don’t need constant direction
