The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across email automation, social media, paid advertising, and lead generation channels. This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support integrated marketing initiatives that drive engagement, lead conversion, and pipeline growth.

This position plays a critical role in campaign execution and marketing operations through platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in marketing automation, paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Operating with increased autonomy, The Digital Marketing Specialist will support lifecycle marketing initiatives including nurture campaigns, event marketing campaigns, sales enablement campaigns, social media management, and paid search strategies while helping improve marketing performance through analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization.

This role will center on campaign execution, demand generation, and content activation across marketing channels. The position will collaborate closely with leadership and subject matter experts. Product marketing strategy, thought leadership creation, and backend marketing operations will remain with senior marketing and operational teams.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on top-of-funnel engagement, audience growth, and lead generation

Support demand generation initiatives through email marketing, paid media, social media, webinars, and event campaigns

Transform existing thought leadership, product marketing, and brand content into campaigns optimized for audience engagement and conversion

Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution workflows to ensure successful deployment

Monitor inbound lead flow and support lead routing and lead management processes

Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to support campaign-driven pipeline objectives

Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management
Build, execute, and optimize HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, and nurture programs

Manage welcome campaigns, nurture sequences, and pre- and post-event campaign communications

Support sales enablement efforts by developing reusable email templates and campaign assets

Manage audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and lead routing within HubSpot

Support HubSpot AI agents and campaign automation initiatives

Social Media & Content Distribution
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly social media execution across LinkedIn and additional digital platforms

Adapt and repurpose existing marketing content into social media posts, email campaigns, paid campaigns, and promotional assets

Maintain social media content calendars and scheduling workflows

Monitor engagement trends and apply current social media best practices to improve audience growth

Support paid social campaign execution, audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and optimization efforts

Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and campaign positioning across digital touchpoints

Paid Search & Digital Advertising
Support development and execution of paid search strategies across Google Ads platforms

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns including keyword strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and bid optimization

Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI

Assist in managing digital advertising budgets and campaign pacing

Support testing and optimization efforts across search and paid media campaigns

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conversion-focused landing page performance

Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance including engagement, conversion, lead generation, and traffic

Identify optimization opportunities and support reporting through performance summaries and insights

Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign execution

Brand
Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns and channels

Support planning and execution of events, campaigns, and brand activations

Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and consistency

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to execute integrated marketing initiatives

Coordinate campaign deliverables, reporting, and optimization efforts across marketing and sales stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Skill Development
Develop deeper expertise in marketing channels, tools, and campaign strategy

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Apply feedback and insights to improve campaign execution and performance

Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Required Experience:
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or campaign management

Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation and campaign execution

Experience managing social media platforms and paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn

Experience with Google Ads, paid search strategy, retargeting, and campaign optimization

Familiarity with lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign reporting

Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance optimization

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience leveraging data and performance metrics to inform decisions

Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to improve marketing workflows, content development, and campaign execution

Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
Experience managing end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns and pipeline-focused initiatives

Experience with lifecycle marketing and nurture campaign strategy

Experience working alongside sales teams to support lead conversion initiatives

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards

Exposure to SEO, audience targeting, paid media optimization, or lifecycle marketing strategies

Experience using AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, or workflow automation

Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment

Success Metrics:
Contribution to top-of-funnel growth, including increases in audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation volume.

Improvement in key campaign performance metrics, including email engagement rates, social engagement, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).

Growth and engagement of social media, channels, particularly LinkedIn, through consistent publishing and performance optimization.

Performance and efficiency of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social, measured by ROI, conversion rates, and cost efficiency

Location:
This role is hybrid for candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance to our Frisco, TX offices or Edmond, OK. Candidates outside a reasonable distance from either office are eligible for a fully remote arrangement.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000.00 annually. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
