ContentQuality Media Services is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as <strong>Entry-Level Digital Proofreaders</strong>. In this role, you will review digital content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and formatting. This is a great opportunity for beginners who enjoy reading, writing, and correcting text — no prior proofreading experience is required, training and guidance are provided.
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Review articles, emails, social posts, documents, and web content for grammar and spelling accuracy.</li>
<li>Check formatting, tone, and clarity to ensure professional-quality writing.</li>
<li>Identify and correct punctuation and sentence structure errors.</li>
<li>Ensure content aligns with company style guidelines.</li>
<li>Track revisions and collaborate with the editing team when needed.</li>
<li>Assist with basic editing tasks and content cleanup.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required. <em>(College students welcome.)</em></li>
<li>Strong English reading and writing skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Basic typing and computer skills.</li>
