Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Salesforce administrative experience is strongly preferred

Salesforce Administrator Certification

Experience in declaratively configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as comfort with Process Builder, Flow,Validation rules, and reporting

Experience in Requirements gathering andassociated discovery work

Bonus skills and experience

Salesforce additional certifications

Experience with implementing other Salesforceproducts and add-ons such as Einstein, TableauCRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, LinkedInNavigator, etc…

Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Asana,LucidChart, Confluence, Workbench, and Gearset

Experience with EDA architecture and/orSalesforce solutions as applied to educationalinstitutions The Job: Responsible for the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs(and associated add-ons) as a contributing member of the Salesforce development team,participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and planning.

Recommend, design and create technical solutions to maximize Client s business productivityand optimize for support, usability, and flexibility for the long-term.

Responsible for the organization and tracking of your individual work within the context of your team,while supporting your team’s success as a whole
