Position Overview

This is an in-the-field, business-to-business direct sales role working face-to-face with decision-makers in your local community. You will execute a proven sales process, build lasting client relationships, and represent Divinity Group with professionalism and integrity. While the role offers autonomy, success is measured through clear objectives, performance standards, and accountability.

 

Role Details

Role Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

Work Location: Remote, with B2B field meetings in your community

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 per year (base draw, commissions, bonuses)

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead business-to-business outreach and execute face-to-face sales

Conduct consultative conversations to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close and follow-up

Build long-term relationships focused on trust, service, and retention

Maintain accurate reporting, activity tracking, and follow-through

Uphold high standards of conduct, preparation, and execution in the field

 

Qualifications

3–5 years in structured, performance-driven environments

Strong competitive drive and resilience under pressure

Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly

Self-directed, dependable, and accountable

Comfortable operating independently while adhering to defined systems

Willingness to obtain a State Health Insurance License (assistance provided)

Sales experience is valuable, but discipline, consistency, and work ethic are essential.
