Bbout the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Practice Director of AI & Agentic Enablement to lead the development and delivery of AI and agentic strategy across our Northeast region. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of innovation, client engagement, and operational excellence. The Practice Director will be responsible for both transforming how we work internally and building a portfolio of AI-powered offerings that deliver measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Agentic Strategy

Define and own the regional AI and agentic strategy, aligning it with broader organizational goals and market trends

Establish a roadmap for AI adoption across internal functions and customer-facing offerings

Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and agentic ecosystem, identifying emerging technologies, platforms, and use cases with strategic relevance

Internal Enablement

Lead the identification, design, and deployment of AI and agentic systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness across service delivery, presales, operations, and sales

Partner with functional leaders to assess current workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI and agentic automation

Champion a culture of AI literacy and innovation across the Northeast region, driving training, enablement, and change management initiatives

Customer Offerings & Practice Development

Develop and bring to market a portfolio of AI and agentic offerings, including custom-built agentic workflows, productized agentic solutions, and managed services

Lead the design and delivery of custom agentic systems for customers, tailoring solutions to specific business challenges and industry contexts

Build repeatable, scalable delivery frameworks for agentic solutions that can be deployed across the customer base

Collaborate with sales and presales teams to position AI and agentic capabilities, support opportunity development, and engage in strategic customer conversations

Leadership & Team Building

Build and lead a high-performing team of AI practitioners, solution architects, and delivery professionals

Define roles, hiring plans, and career development pathways within the AI practice

Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert, representing the organization at industry events, customer briefings, and executive engagements

Qualifications:

Required

10+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology leadership

3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and agentic frameworks

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions in a client-facing or product context

Strong understanding of agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation

Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technology practices or offerings

Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical teams alike

Experience leading and growing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment

Experience in managed services or product development within a technology services firm

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and enterprise AI tooling
