Director, Business Transformation & Integrations

TSS is growing rapidly through both organic growth and acquisitions, and we're looking for a strategic leader to help scale our business for the future. As the Director of Business Transformation & Integrations, you'll lead enterprise-wide initiatives that improve how we operate, leverage technology, and deliver value to our customers. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You'll partner with leaders across the organization to streamline processes, implement systems, integrate acquisitions, and build the operational foundation needed to support continued growth. The work you lead will directly impact efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and long-term business performance. Your Day-to-Day Environment
Partner with executive leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Sales to drive strategic initiatives
Lead multiple enterprise projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Work at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, systems implementation, and acquisition integration
Manage and develop a team of project managers, business analysts, and data analysts
Travel occasionally to support acquisitions, integrations, and strategic business initiatives (approximately 10–25%)
What You'll Take Ownership Of
Lead the company's business transformation roadmap, turning strategic priorities into actionable programs with measurable results
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across the organization
Drive process improvement initiatives, enterprise system implementations, and technology modernization efforts
Develop and maintain the business architecture that aligns strategy, processes, data, and technology
Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure investments support long-term company objectives
Support acquisition due diligence activities, including operational assessments and systems evaluations
Lead post-acquisition integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and data
Build repeatable integration frameworks that accelerate value realization for future acquisitions
Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms that keep initiatives on track
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership

Earn $130,000 - $170,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus, based on your experience, skills, and overall qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience leading business transformation, enterprise programs, systems implementations, management consulting engagements, or related initiatives
5+ years of experience leading and developing teams
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Experience implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data management systems
Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning and execution
Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
Experience leading analytics functions, automation initiatives, or AI-enabled business improvements is preferred
Field service, healthcare services, laboratory services, or other service-based industry experience is preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
