Director, Corporate Systems

Job Description:
• Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end
• Lead and grow a team
• Be the technical partner to the Finance & People orgs
• Run the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems like products
• Build the integration layer
• Set the security and compliance bar for corporate systems
• Be the executive voice for corporate systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
• Proven track record running the infrastructure for core business processes
• Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones
• Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
• Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
