What you’ll bring! - 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with time in high-growth companies (media, lead gen, or insurance experience preferred).
- Strong technical finance and accounting background; CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with FP&A, cash flow management, and financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and controls in a lean environment.
- Excellent Excel / financial modeling skills; comfort with Sage Intacct, Ramp, Bill.com, and similar tools.
- Strong communicator with ability to present insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Low-ego, entrepreneurial mindset: willing to roll up sleeves while scaling discipline.

- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privately without disruption.
