The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing for the EMEA Region to own and build our field and account based marketing motion in the region.
This is a foundational role. You won’t inherit a team or a fully built playbook—you’ll create it along with your global counterparts. There’s a clear path to grow a team over time, but day one is about planning and executing exceptional events and ABM initiatives that drive the pipeline.

What You’ll Do
Own field marketing in EMEA, with a focus on events that generate real pipeline

Plan and execute:
Boutique, high-touch ABM events for target enterprise accounts

Industry events and sponsorships in core markets

Partner tightly with Sales on who to target, where to show up, and how to win

Ensure events don’t just happen—they convert into pipeline and revenue

Run everything end-to-end: strategy, logistics, vendors, follow-up, reporting

Continuously improve what we do—better events, better targeting, better ROI

Help lay the groundwork to scale the function and build a team over time

Requirements
5–8+ years in field marketing, events, or demand gen

Strong experience with ABM-style events + industry events

Proven ability to drive pipeline through field programs

Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams

Comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch environment

Willing to travel across EMEA
