Tier4 Group is looking for a strategic, people-first leader to drive sales performance through world-class training and enablement. This remote role ensures our Landscape Supply clients' sales teams have the skills, tools, and insights needed to win and grow.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and scale sales effectiveness and leadership training programs
• Build and develop a high-performing Sales Training team
• Partner with sales leaders to align training with business goals
• Leverage data and analytics to measure impact and improve outcomes
• Deliver engaging training across live, virtual, hybrid, and LMS formats
• Present clear ROI and performance insights to senior leadership
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in sales training, sales leadership, or enablement
• Proven success with large-scale sales training programs
• Experience leading sales trainers
• Green Industry and/or wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills
• CRM experience a plus
