We’re Hiring: Director of Procurement | AI Fire
AI Fire is expanding our procurement function to a firm-wide, center-led model and is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead this transformation across the U.S.
This role will oversee more than $220M in direct and indirect spend across our Academy and Impact business segments and Corporate operations—building scalable procurement capabilities that drive value, efficiency, and risk management.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead AI Fire’s enterprise procurement model
Drive strategic sourcing across major spend categories
Expand and manage national supplier programs
Build and lead a growing procurement team
Own the Source‑to‑Pay process and integrate procurement into our ERP implementation
What We’re Looking For
Procurement or supply chain leadership experience
Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
Experience with ERP / Source‑to‑Pay transformations
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to scale teams, processes, and supplier relationships
