The Director of Product Design for the Onboarding portfolio is a strategic, collaborative leader responsible for shaping the end-to-end experience of how members first engage with Humana’s digital ecosystem post enrollment. This role requires deep domain expertise in registration, login, account creation/management, authentication, identity verification, and account recovery flows, ensuring our onboarding experiences are seamless, secure, accessible, and built on a strong foundation of trust. This role also supports post enrollment needs
