Drive adoption, engagement, and growth of vertical-specific features and workflows

Develop deep expertise across multiple legal domains (e.g., Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration), including case lifecycles, documentation, billing, and outcomes

Identify common patterns and opportunities to scale solutions across practice areas while preserving necessary specialization

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to deliver impactful solutions

Lead customer discovery efforts across different practice areas to uncover unmet needs

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives balancing vertical depth with platform scalability

Lead and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to practice area verticals

Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and strong adoption within each segment

Identify opportunities to expand Clio’s footprint into new or underserved practice areas

    What You’ll Bring

    • 10+ years proven experience leading SaaS products, ideally in legal tech or verticalized software

Experience building products for specific industries or domains (legal experience strongly preferred; exposure to Personal Injury or similar high-complexity areas is a plus)

Demonstrated success balancing customization for verticals with scalable platform thinking

Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams

Strong stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

Strategic mindset with the ability to dive deep into execution details

Strong customer empathy and passion for solving domain-specific problems

Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across diverse problem spaces

      Other

      • Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, industry events, and team collaboration
