Key Responsibilities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus (Live Chat or Email support preferred).
Ability to multitask and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
