Job Description

As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for ensuring Disney+ and other streaming service users receive timely, accurate, and respectful assistance. You will interact with a wide range of viewers who reflect the vibrant diversity of our global fan base. You will solve technical problems, answer account-related questions, and provide proactive solutions to enhance the guest experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to elevate the voice of the viewer while continuously improving support resources and tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

    At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably remote

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Empathy and cultural awareness when dealing with diverse individuals

    Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously

    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

    A private, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet





Responsibilities



  • Handle viewer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and social media

    Provide account troubleshooting, technical assistance, and billing support

    Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions

    Follow communication scripts and adapt responses based on individual needs

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases

    Represent Disney values in all viewer interactions

    Identify patterns or issues and share feedback for process improvements
