**Key Responsibilities**

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative - Remote at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers from top brands in industries such as tech, finance, travel, and more.
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Fluency in Dutch (required)
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Good level of English
* Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
* Strong written skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
